Our promise
Thimblepost sends real, physical letters from imaginary friends to your child. We write to each kid's reading level — not their age — so the letters fit however they read today (most are between 4 and 8).
Each letter is written by AI in the character's voice, checked by a second AI against our rules, and then read by a person before it's ever printed. We say that plainly because you're trusting us with your kid.
What we will never put in a letter
- Religion, politics, or ideology.
- Death, illness, grief, or loss as themes.
- Violence, threats, weapons in use, or scary imagery.
- Real brands, trademarks, or pop-culture references.
- Promises we can't keep.
- Requests for information from your child.
- Comments on body, weight, food, or appearance.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@thimblepost.com. We refund the letter immediately, tell you what happened, and patch the process so it can't happen again.
